I know a lot of the times people often compare themseleves to the ideal of how they are supposed to look like rather than accepting themselves for who they are. This is for you people.

Go on. Hug yourself. Why you hatin’ when you know hate can cause heart disease? When you know stress can cause cardiac arrest? Go on. Stop tripping. Stop falling into this miserable hope of doom for not being “pretty enough”, “tall enough”, “short enough”, “small enough”, “skinny enough”.

Give yourself a break and just love yourself. Yes I may have my own issues but that doesn’t stop me from saying,”Damn, I look good today, I feel good today, I am good today.”

Probably better than good, fantastic, ah-mah-zing (yes a-mah-zing and not ah-may-zing, it’s just fun).

Health isn’t just about weight or appearances. People often forget that health is also about your soul and emotions and all that sappy shit people don’t want to confront because it really hits close to home (or rather the heart). So Go on, feel good about yourself and be happy you aren’t dead or suffering a heart attack.


Do some breathing exercises or some stretches. Really think about yourself. Everyone has a tinge of weirdness to them you can’t explain but you know it’s normal.

Think of yourself as an ass-kicker, a badass, a person so cool, it’s almost real. A lot of the people that follow are under the impression that what I post is somehow related to being skinny and it’s not.

I had that same idea too when I first started getting into nutrition, diets, and exercise but I got over the whole (size 00 or suicide). It’s stupid and naive for people to think that way. Being healthy and balanced is a combination of being aware of yourself and what’s good for you. Not what some fad tells you is the latest break-through in diets. Those are scams. A diet is not Atkins or Jenny Craig, the Nutrisystem and all that bullshit.

A diet is a diet. The typical food that people or a community habitually eat. It’s not restricting yourself (as it has come to be) of things. Well yes, if you have a diet of sugar and salt, and twinkies deep-fried, obviously you’re going to have problems. My point being is that everyone should be comfortable with who you are and if anyone is to judge you is yourself (and whatever faith you believe in if that’s what you’re into). It’s eating well and it should make you feel good about yourself. Food is not supposed to make you feel like shit. If you feel a heavy sleep set in after you eat you have either eaten too much or eaten too much fat (which is pratically the same thing). Food is suposed to be enjoyed with the utmost excitment someone would have with food. It’s supposed to give you energy, not make you feel sleepy. Food is that beautiful remedy that earth has given humans to enjoy! Not restrict. Food is what fills the soul about more food and stuff… Food helps you understand yourself…. Don’t restrict food because you expect to fit into the shape of another person’s form… Good food=Happy Soul

It sounds insane but I was judging my beefy legs today but I was like to hell with my beefy legs and big ass. I like my beefy legs and big ass. I’m not fat nor am I sickly skinny. I’m right for myself. I’m right for myself.

Like yourself. It isn’t going to kill you to compliment yourself. Do it everyday.
