Spicy Vegetarian Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 28 ounce can vegetarian baked beans, drained (BPA-Free can where possible)
- 1 4 ounce can green chilies, diced (BPA-Free can where possible)
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (sea salt…skip synthetic chemicals in table salt)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions, sliced
- tortilla chips (organic, GMO-Free)

Preparation:
Drain beans and add to blender. Add chilies, vinegar and seasonings and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and garnish with green onions. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh cut veggies of your choice.
