5-10 cherries
4 oz of orange juice
2 tbsp of plain yoghurt
Sprinkling of seeds (mixed seeds, sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
4-5 Walnuts
Ice Cubes

Deseed the cherries. Throw everything in the blender.
