So I have been working out with the Nike Training Club App on my iPhone. Greatest workout I have ever tried. Today I finished forty-five minutes on the app and I got two badges. Woot. But they were motherfucking hard to get. But as a reward, they gave me these wonderful smoothie recipes.
This one is called the All-Day Energizer.
1/2 a mango
1/2 a banana
handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
4 oz of apple juice
1 tablespoon of muesli
2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
A few ice cubes
Throw it in a blender and blend until smooth.
