Breakfast sandwich
Whole wheat toast, sunny side up egg, turkey sausage patty (you can try the veggie alternative “sausage” patty), with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and a bit of mayo.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Y’all need ideas for it. 365 days of plain cheerios won’t do.
Drink tea with lemon and honey to give it flavor to accompany your sandwich. It won’t hurt (calorie wise). Just don’t go over 350 calories. So make it count.
