I don’t know what people are thinking
BUT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A BIG (or in my sense of the word big, HEARTY) BREAKFAST.
Like what makes people think that it has to be small!?! If you eat a lot of healthy calories in the morning, then most likely you will become less hungrier throughout the day.
This isn’t about being on a diet either, it’s just being smart on how to maintain your weight and not depriving yourself of food when you need it the most.
Example 1 of hearty breakfast:
Single serving of oatmeal. I add honey and almonds to mine to add flavor (but enough to flavor it, not making it like candy).
A piece of toast and fruit salad (any kind! Fruit salad does ‘t have to fancy, just eating an apple and an orange right after your oatmeal is fine).
And sometimes a hard boiled egg (to accompany the toast).
Coffee, tea, water.
This doesn’t have to be complicated but breakfast should be around 400 calories with savory, sweet, salty things.
I hate going to someone’s health blog and they log what they ate and dinner seems to be packed with so much food but breakfast is an apple…. And lunch too….
-_-
EAT
MOTHERFUCKING
BREAKFAST!!!
You know how they say it’s the most important meal of the day? IT IS.
