I don't know what people are thinking
BUT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A BIG (or in my sense of the word big, HEARTY) BREAKFAST.
Like what makes people think that it has to be small!?! If you eat a lot of healthy calories in the morning, then most likely you will become less hungrier throughout the day.
This isn’t about being on a diet either, it’s just being smart on how to maintain your weight and not depriving...
